Hwasa teamed up with Valentino and was featured in Vogue's February 2021 issue with the theme "How to Blossom Gorgeous". In the interview with Vogue, she mentioned that "Every step I take has to do with music. Even if I'm simply watching a movie, I think of them with a connection to music. I'm like this because I want to pour everything into it until I'm sick of it."

In February 2021, Italian luxury brand, Dolce & Gabbana, released a video featuring Hwasa to commemorate their newly opened Dolce & Gabbana Seoul Boutique featuring the signature of Jean Nouvel. All the products worn by Hwasa in the video were from Dolce & Gabbana's '2021 Spring/Summer Women's Collection', and can be found in Dolce & Gabbana Seoul boutique, which was introduced in the video.
